Using this site and making purchases implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, we ask that you refrain from using the online store.

Ozosana is a Costa Rican brand dedicated to selling beauty and personal-care products formulated with ozone, with no animal testing. Our operations are governed by the legislation in force in Costa Rica.

Product descriptions, images, and features are published for informational purposes. Availability may vary and we reserve the right to modify the catalog without prior notice. If stock runs out after an order is confirmed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

All prices are expressed in Costa Rican colones (CRC) and include the 13% Value Added Tax (VAT) in force in Costa Rica. Prices may be updated at any time; the applicable price will be the one shown when confirming the purchase.

The purchase contract is completed when Ozosana confirms acceptance of the order and the corresponding payment. We reserve the right to reject orders for reasonable grounds, such as suspected fraud or incomplete information.

Payments are processed through ONVO Pay or other methods enabled on the site. We do not store card data on our servers; it is handled directly by the gateway provider under PCI security standards.

Delivery conditions, rates, and timeframes are detailed in our Shipping Policy. The indicated times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond Ozosana's control.

All site content (brand, logos, text, images, designs, code) is the property of Ozosana or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Its reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, perform reverse engineering, introduce malicious software, breach security, impersonate others, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

Ozosana will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the products, except in cases where the law does not allow such liability to be limited. The products do not replace professional medical advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, in particular Law No. 7472 on the Promotion of Competition and Effective Defense of the Consumer and the Commercial Code. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Costa Rica.

Ozosana may update these terms at any time. The current version will be the one published on this page, indicating the date of last update.
